The unmistakable feeling of lakay - home
At SEPH, our goal is simple: to bring your taste buds straight to our roots in, Cabaret, AYITI. As a family-owned restaurant, tradition is the heart of our kitchen. Many of our recipes have been passed down through generations, taught to us by our parents and grandparents, and we honor them by preparing every dish with the same love and care they did.
From our legume, griot, tasso, and lanbi, every plate is made with fresh Haitian epis and the comforting feeling of lakay (home).
One customer once told us: "Isi a se li menm ki banm gou bouch mw nan legum" which translates to: this is the place that made me truly enjoy the flavor of legume.
Moments like that remind us why we do what we do. Every bite at SEPH is meant to bring back memories of lakay: your grann in the kitchen, the machan pate in the street corners, and fèt(gatherings) where food brought everyone together.
